واقعیت این است که والدین به سبب اطلاعات اندک از مراحل رشد کودک، به ویژه دوران نوجوانی و بلوغ اغلب نه تنها از مشکلات آنها نمی کاهند بلکه نوجوان را گیج تر و نگران تر هم می کنند. لذا جهت پیشگیری از هر نوع اشتباه کاری، آموزش نحوه برخورد با نوجوان به والدین و شیوه های ارائه اطلاعات به دختران و پسران الزامی به نظر می رسد.
والدین بایستی بدانند، از پدیده های رایج این دوره عدم ثبات حال، سرکشی و ناسازگاری و آشفتگی و حساسیت بیش از اندازه است. لذا باید از برخوردهای تحکم آمیز، امر و نهی های لجاجت برانگیز و رفتارهای تحقیر کننده و تهدید کننده و ایجاد محدودیت پرهیز نمود و به جای آن با آنها از راه صمیمیت و رفاقت و همفکری وارد شد.
این را به یاد داشته باشید که خود شما هم زمانی نوجوان بودید، پس بهترین راه برای شناخت احساسات آنها، دیدن دنیای آنها از دریچه چشم نوجوان است.
- دیده شده نوجوان در این دوره دچار نوعی شلختگی در انجام کارها می شود و دلیل آن احساس بلندتر بودن دست ها و پاهایشان است. لذا اهانت، تحقیر و به کار بردن الفاظ طعن آمیز و نیشدار، سرکوفت زدن، ضعف و شکست های آنها را به رخ کشیدن، سرزنش و زیاده روی در تذکر نتیجه ای جز جریحه دار شدن احساس و شخصیت نوجوان ندارد. بهترین راه برای کنترل و اصلاح نوجوان ایجاد محدودیت و تحکم و تهدید به تنبیه نیست. بلکه ایجاد مصونیت و ایجاد شناخت از طریق رشد دین باوری، ایمان، پایبندی به ارزش های خانوادگی است؛ ما هر قدر جوانان مان را محدود کنیم و برای جلوگیری از رفتارهای (از دید ما ناهنجار) تهدیدشان کنیم آنان گستاخ تر و جری تر می شوند و تمایل و کنجکاوی بیشتری برای انجام آن اعمال پیدا می کنند و سهل الوصل ترین راه از طریق دوستان و همسالان منحرف است.
نوجوان واقعاً نمی داند چه چیزی در درون او اتفاق افتاده و تغییرات چنان سریع به وقوع می پیوندد که او را مشوش و نگران می کند و نوع برخورد بزرگترها و والدین تصمیم گیری را برای او دشوار می کند. هر نوع رفتار غیرمنطقی با نوجوان پیامدهای جبران ناپذ
در این زمان خانواده نقش اساسی در گرایش فرد به انحراف ایفا می کند برخوردهای نادرست، تبعیض، تهدید و… یکی از والدین یا هر دو، احتمال تمایل آنها را به رفتارهای منحرف و مجرمانه افزایش می دهد. ایجاد شرایط محیطی آرام در خانواده و پاسخ های مناسب به سؤالات آنها و آگاه نمودن دختران و پسران از بلوغ و مسائل مربوط به آن زمینه را برای ایجاد انحراف کاهش می دهد.
با نوجوان خود دوست باشید و برای این که بتوانید با او ارتباط برقرار کنید و این ارتباط را استحکام بخشید بار دیگر با او، نوجوانی خود را تجربه کنید. از پیامبر(ص) بیاموزیم که در زمان کودکی امام حسن و حسین(ع) هنگامی که در سجده نماز بودند، سر از سجده بلند نکردند تا این که حسن و حسین که برای بازی بر دوش پیامبر(ص) سوار بودند پائین بیایند.
نوجوان را به راحتی می توان با رفتارهای غیرمنطقی به انحراف کشید، مأیوس نمود و سرخورده کرد. ولی در سازندگی راهی سخت در پیش است اما نتیجه ای خوشایند و دلپذیر در پی خواهد داشت.
